By accessing attahdigital.com.au (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a marketing website for Attah Digital. It describes our systems and services and allows you to enquire or book a conversation. Separate terms will apply if and when you engage Attah Digital for paid services or product access.

Content on the Site is for general information about Attah Digital, our systems, services and client experiences. It is not professional, legal or financial advice.
Capabilities, pricing and availability described on the Site may change. We may update the Site at any time without notice.
Enquiries and sessions
Booking an AI Strategy Session or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee access to any product or service.
Attah Digital may decline enquiries that are not a suitable fit. Session recommendations are introductory and do not constitute a fixed scope of work unless agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that could harm Attah Digital or others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with Site operation except as permitted by law
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Attah Digital
Intellectual property
The Site, branding, copy, design and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Attah Digital. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or exploit Site content without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services (for example Cal.com scheduling, LinkedIn or product applications). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Attah Digital excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
